🛠️ Project Description
At Panasonic, I identified inefficiencies in our internal Jira/Confluence workflows, which were causing delays in project documentation, problem processing, and cross-functional communication. I analyzed existing workflows, gathered feedback from design, manufacturing, and QA teams, and implemented new, simplified workflows. I also conducted training sessions to ensure adoption and adherence. As a result, we achieved a 30% efficiency gain and reduced problem resolution time by 20%, while fostering stronger alignment across departments.
